There never was "extra rabbit testing that came out of nowhere". Even MK said it was already scheduled. He just flat out lied multiple times earlier in 2023 that rabbit testing had favorably concluded when it had not.
As far as phase 2 genotoxicity testing, that's likely MK's failure to communicate a time table for anything. But he's also a confirmed serial liar, so who knows what's really going on?
