What Purdue did to push oxy is unbelievable with a total lack of integrity. There are many who need this drug and I think Elite will put the right processes and controls in place to market and distribute responsibly.
Sacklers still have hope to exist in Pharma industry through Kona Pharma and Rhodes Pharma and maybe others the just love money. It seems they are waiting till all of the lawsuits get to a closure and they will come out of bankruptcy.
Anyway, Elite with first generic Oxycontin is the biggest threat for them at this point so they started sueing to see if they can stop us.
