December 8th is when John Park and JP 3E took over SPZI b/c Nate tried to SCAM John Park.
Nate acutally OutScammed Himself that day.....Ironic but True.
John Park told Nate, "Not in My House".

NHMD was trading higher than SPZI that day. That's when I sold ALL MY NHMD SHARES and bought SPZI and up Today well over 1000%-2000% for anyone who entered on that SPZI News. NHMD is still just a few ticks above today compared to where it was on December 8th.
Now I hope everyone makes a ton of $$ over here, but don't compare SPZI to NHMD. It's like comparing AAPL to some small cap Nasdaq stock with a very questionable history.
Don't even compare Share Structures when the Nate is just talking about reducing the A/S....NOT the O/S. Pretty Laughable when your talking about A/S vs. the O/S. Let's talk about the True Float, AKA, DTC. SPZI DTC hasn't changed in years(which was updated today BTW), NHMD, DTC has increased by the BILLIONS over the past 2 years....those are just the FACTS.
Why don't you talk about Nate's Honey Hole..........Preferred Shares where he and other directors have converted at .000025, not a misprint.
How about Nate cancelling all prefered shares and no convertible debt like SPZI....never going to happen IMHO.
Calculate just the Convertible Preferred shares at NHMD and your talking 10's of Billions of Shares here.
NHMD is great for flipping and maybe for a few days to a few weeks, but SPZI is backed by Multi-Millions and Billions in REAL Contracts and Connections that are legit that John Park has developed over the past 20-30 years and has the Integrity and Respect among his peers. Just look at his contracts, BOD's and companies that are merging into JP 3E. Nate and NHMD have Absolutely NOTHING of the sort or this kind of caliber in terms of BOD, Companies, Contracts and Net Profit Margins.
So Please, stop the Utter Nonsense.........the 2 are NOT even remotely comparable.
