'liquidcoolback4more', I was out this evening and was unable to view or post so I'm trying to get caught up on what is happening on the board.
Liquid, what I am going to say is based on item 3 where Smartmoney77 posted in post 66222. This excerpt is at the end of paragraph 3 as quoted below:
"...Any stockholder or other person, exercising rights set forth in subsection 1, who uses or attempts to use information, records or other data obtained from the corporation, for any purpose not related to the stockholder’s interest in the corporation as a stockholder, is guilty of a gross misdemeanor..."
1. My opinion, 'snow' is trying to get you legally gagged. If the paragraph 3 is correct, demanding by force through the 15% Nevada Law, you would eventually wind up being held to a higher standard when it comes to posting on this board. In fact, everytime you post, your lawyer will have to be right beside you. Think, you have been an outspoken advocate for the company. If they can get to you, they can get to the company. This is a well-known tactic by cornering/pressuring one individual in the group until the individual gives up.
2. I'm thinking that if he (snow) can get the largest shareholder(s) to force Mr. Plant's hands through you, he (snow) would get you legally gagged. If you say anything to the public, you could wind up with a gross misdemeanor. You don't want to mixed up with the law. Just trying to made a living everyday is enough stress. Please don't let people that may not an American or anyone coax you into doing something you may regret later on.
3. Here is my approach, when you go to CKYS, be friendly and gain support of the staff. Ask as many questions of Mr. Plant as possible. I know, he won't answer the hard questions. But at least, you will have your freedom.
4. It is my belief that 'snow' and 'heenster', and 'jking1999' may be the names in an organization. Different people sign on with those names in order to spy, destroy the investor base of CKYS. They seem to be on the board 24/7. Their is no way regular people can have that much time to post on this board. When do they sleep, eat, work, and live a life. Snow has already indicated that he lives in Europe, which has many connotations when it comes to investing in American penny stock companies. Is he shorting the stock as well? What I am saying is that we (the American CKYS investors) don't know anything about these people wanting to infiltrate CKYS and share company information to them. That is very suspicious, would you say?
5. More than likely, after you share the information with them, they will disappear and the legal problems starts to happen. CKYS gets wind of the leaked information on this board and elsewhere and (CKYS) wonders how it got there. CKYS calls in the FBI to conduct an investigation pointing to you as the person that leaked company information to the public. You see, once you use this Nevada Law, you become gagged, period. If you say anything about the company, you have a gross misdemeanor charge.
6. If you use this law, you could still post on the board, but you will have to use general statements like, I had a good trip, CKYS is a growing company, etc. For you own good and as a fellow long term investor, please don't do it.
