I responded that I thought it was a trivial matter that would not impact investors. I put that case number in Pacer search and didn't get a hit and didn't put much time into finding it. Maybe I'll give it another look. One thing about Pacer is if the monthly bill is small they zero it so I have only actually paid them a few times and it's very inexpensive.
