Obtaining EXIM financing won't make the project less valuable or less profitable. If they are willing to loan, the mine will get built and investors will make a profit. I'm ok with that.

Correct Gman. It was only recently that the rules changed to allow EXIM financing for domestically based projects in the US. Prior to that it was only for projects outside the US that would result in imports of critical products into the US.

I won’t argue most of your points and I’m not arguing the merits of EXIM, but they are definitely government., because Banks don’t put you on the pending list for five or six years in some cases.
Banks, are either yes, or no.
