All due respect, Bill is a flat out liar and one of the most dishonest people I have ever spoken to. He lies endlessly. He can sell ice at the North Pole. The only way LVVV grows is when Bill is gone. He literally is robbing the company blind.
The only hope I have is that it is bought out by a bigger player. Bill's accounting in his quarterly reports are a joke. He cannot even keep his numbers correct quarter to quarter. He is not paying any bills. The property tax is way overdue and he cannot even control his stealing enough to pay it before he loses it.
Whomever is on the Board is in collusion and equally guilty, either by theft or looking the other way. His attorney is another hack that is party to this crime in one way or another. Feigning ignorance is not a legal excuse.
