I too have come to the conclusion it is presumed dead. This board has become a desert of actual indications that the deal is still alive, and just consists of embarrassing back and forth between shareholders and the usual suspects. Only milestone that is outstanding is LCY going public, which if they do without Bioamber cusip, that is going from presumed dead to confirming it is dead.
