Fact is market doesn't believe anything from MK anymore. He has no credibility left after lying about the rabbit testing.

Moreover, BDD is irrelevant if IDE application for human trials is never submitted. The 4th quarter update turds dropped to date show no progress was made in 4th quarter towards submitting IDE, and worse yet, MK is still wasting time and $ peddling hopeless IsoPet at expense submitting IDE to get Radiogel to human trials.

Then there's the fact that all the original Radiogel patents have expired under MK's inept management, so there are no competitive barriers to entry. The weak process patent doesn't change that fact. The version RDGL sold as IsoPet before 2022 is public domain now.

Those are actual facts.
