LandX DOES NOT OWN the ticker symbol. RIDEQ still exists as the publicly-traded company soon to be publicly-traded shell.

LandX is privately held…and owns most of the assets PREVIOUSLY OWNED by RIDEQ.

This was an asset sale. Lordstown sold the assets, it was not a buyout of Lordstown. You are wrong. You need to do some actual research. LandX has nothing to do with Lordstown, and there is no dispute there. SMH.
