Well, they did mention that, but they had to refile in OCT 2023 due to the court issue that was looming over the issue and was satisfied by both parties in September 2023. They mentioned this in a A-1 filing in September. I know that FINRA would never have looked at or approve the symbol change before this was taken care of first and it has according to mentioned filing. So, we are good to go, and I can assure that this will happen any day now.
AS well any noteholders and other financial partners that have an interest in BCNN also have to sign off on the merger.
