KKR is known to aquire assets and aquire companies like they did with Bioamber through Lcy, than after years return to complete the buyout owning 100% of the company by buying out the company's shares, and yes the kahc trust is growing it has a self extension just like Verde's (tlgy spac) take a look here eg. KKR closes an aquisition will be doing the same with Bioamber soon
