Plug is cutting costs and raising prices.
Andy needs to over deliver to keep his job (re-election in May/June).
When the share price rises above $5, more big investors will join, it will accelerate.

This year, unlike previous years, there was NO 8-K filing with the SEC for the current Business Update.
That's why I think Andy is under promising Q4.
