That close up shot is very much revealing about his work on his face that he's had over the years.
First, that can't be a natural line in front of his ear. And his people use a mixture of dry base and grease base for his pumpkin makeup, but none of it sticks well to the weird skin on the bridge of his nose that looks like an oval of plastic there.
The makeup shines on his bridge like it's on top of non porous material. I've spent years in production and also fashion work and lived around make up artists for weeks on end and all the crap they have to do. Breathing in that shit as well when working close to models and sets.
Now to be fair, his whole family has had cosmetic work as well as hundreds of actors and executives. So his surgery itself isn't anything insidious. Even though he's claimed no cosmetics, his face is falling down around his skull so it's as fake as he is.
It's too bad he won't get surgery to stop shitting himself. I think there is real treatments out there, but hewhoshitsinpants is so paranoid and rushed in his battle to get elected there just isn't time. Staying out of prison must be so much more important to him than making people puke around him.
