They lost a lawsuit and 12.5% of their shares went with it, but ASTA is sitting on half a million in $$$ so basically oversold. They have plenty of options.
Sorry to be running behind today, Groveman. Mick issued news going on 2 weeks ago regarding one of their court cases. In the case, the court has ruled in favor of the Plaintiff, awarding a judgment amounting to $887,796.67. In addition to the financial penalty, the court has mandated that Astra Veda Corporation transfer 12.5% of all existing shares, regardless of class, to the Plaintiff.
They moved or deleted their website - the site is not found. Several officers including Brian Walton are no longer listed as “officers”.
The company stated they will provide any further updates as they may come available. So far, nothing from the company or Mick has been forthcoming.
