The merger will happen, but we gotta be patient. Without a final update, good or bad, I won't say it's over. There is no way to know if we exceed $1 without knowing the valuation of merging company.

Sometimes hype exceeds valuation and more money is made on the way up until the merger.

I'll answer anyway. I think a merger will happen. But a merger doesn't inherently equate to an amazing, promising company with mega profits or revenue.

And the idea of this hitting $1 is so utterly laughable and delusional. That type of garbage comes up on EVERY SINGLE penny stock's board. It's nothing but a fantasy, and only happened to a couple tickers in an extreme, outlier type of market in late 2020/early 2021. It's the classic low IQ delusional penny stock buyer mindset to think "hmm if only this reaches $1" and then go around trying to speak it into existence and generate hype around the possibility of it happening. It's beyond stupid. Especially considering this has over 2 Billion shares.
