This would be laughable if you weren't serious.

If you are only discussing what others will do, then you would stop trying to explain to people how the JPS are what they should be invested in. You aren't going to convince the common holders on this FNMA common board that they invested wrong. Maybe discuss the JPS on the JPS board?

Likewise, you tell people they should file their own lawsuits, knowing that is not something they will do. It's just a way for you to try to end the argument - Kthomp is right because even if you have an interesting discussion point, unless you file a lawsuit, your point is invalid....

As for what Treasury, SCOTUS, POTUS, FnF, and the mortgage industry will do, sure those are valid discussion of your opinions, and I appreciate your insight. However your speculation is no better than anyone's. If someone thinks a probability is different than you do, you dump all over them as if their reasoning is inferior to yours. Maybe it is, maybe it isn't, but they should be allowed to express their opinion the same as you. Kthomp says Treasury thinks X so that must mean it's true. How dare anyone think different! :)

Go ahead and think you have the moral high ground. It's YOU who has a fundamental misunderstanding of what is happening.

I'm not going to ignore you, but I am going to limit my responses to when I think I have something of value to contribute. These circular arguments are boring the heckk out of me. GLTU!
