Paragon:
the 8k w/ merger agreement attached shows paragon has 125,466,330 o/s.
NMKT GETS 100 SERIES h PREFERRED SHARES, described on Ex.A,which is not attached, but represent 90% control.
PGNF is to have $30 mil. "profitable" revenue. How can we estimare eps and compare it to the .03 share price. I'm Gone for a couple of days, so have the answer for me when I get back.

No tp62, this is not just a ra ra board for NMKT. Many of us here want FULL DISCUSSINS of both the positives and the negatives about NMKT, and their endeavors. There are a couple of posters on here that get out of hand trying to inhibit anything stating concerns about NMKT, but the moderators here do not share in that tone, and do not operate the message board in that manner.
