Yes, because as always they've run their mouths without a done deal. Why didn't they wait until this was done? What's wrong with waiting 60 days until this has closed to say anything? Patience remember?
It would have been nice if they could have let us know how they were going to fund the Acquisition. If the O/S is going to double I can understand the hesitancy. Looking at their balance sheet, I don't know what they can use to make the purchase.
