most investors and regulators don't understand the mechanics of crypto. to regulate anything , you need to understand it. ie. FTA regulators are not aviation engineers. and regulating airplanes. Boeing ceo is not an aviation engineer either.
crypto is not a stock, not a mutual fund, not forex, not options, no futures. doesn't have people registered for them. it's a financial product that can be regulated. because its not a financial product.
