Dilution is the standard for the OTC. That's the purpose of the OTC. These companies are on the OTC to achieve funding for the most part. The big difference between ILUS and the vast majority of OTC companies is they are growing according to plan. Most clown tickers have little more than ideas. I believe once ILUS starts gaining traction once again, that they actively address the SS. Let me finish by saying, bad companies don't offer SH's dividends. The fundamentals are all there, insiders just need to do a better job of managing, making sure they don't get too far out ahead of their skis.
