There was never an asset presently pending when Sharp signed that Affidavit under penalty of perjury on October 23, 2023. There is probable cause to believe a crime has been committed here. Yes...there is probable cause to believe Sharp lied to Judge Susan Johnson on October 23, 2023. Today is January 21, 2024. It has been almost ninety (90) days since Sharp signed that Affidavit. There has not been an acquisition of an asset.
