“The people of Georgia are angry. The people of the country are angry, and there's nothing wrong with saying that, you know, that you've recalculated,” Trump said on the call. It is any candidates right to request a check on the ballot counts in a close election. Any candidate can make such a request via proper channels, not the way this person was said to have done it in my opinion.
