So you’re standing on the premise that Sharp saying in an Affidavit that an acquisition of an asset is pending is evidence of a lie??? How do you know the acquisition of an asset was not pending then and/or isn’t still pending?? Just because it hasn’t occurred yet? That’s an awfully big jump you’re making there.

Yes, I'm confident that this trailer trash merger was not an acquisition target two years ago when he told the court that he had a merger candidate.

But I should have leapt at the opportunity to jump ship still (mostly) afloat.
