In terms of them, not getting away with it they get a slap on the hand, but the point is they were able to do that, and just get away with a slap on the hand. They were not destroyed so much so that it deters someone else from ever wanting to do it, and the action was not quick enough to prevent Innocent destruction of the innocentS
Laws and legislation need to be enacted, so that it’s immediate and fearful so that no one else would even want to try and do that
