When did HHSE leave Arkansas? That will be news to many, as they list an Arkansas address as their official office-- even if it is a mail drop at a UPS store.

In the meantime, the State of Arkansas certainly has jurisdiction over any business that is doing business in Arkansas and has every right to issue a Cease & Desist Order when the company CEO lies to investors and publishes false documents, as was documented in the Cease & Desist Order.

And, by the way, if Arkansas had no jurisdiction, why didn't the company appeal the Cease & Desist as they had the right to do, back in November of 2019? I don't expect an answer because everyone knows what the answer is.
