Wow. Also wonder what Ehrlich had to pay his attorneys to take on this doomed case. Ehrlich may try to drag this mess out with appeals but he will lose. That should be the end of this pile of junk. That lawsuit displayed the scumbag nature of Ehrlich. Reading the alleged facts showed just how despicable Ehrlich and his stooges had become. The only chance IPIX had was not calling Ehrlich as a witness. If they had, the case would have been over in a day.
