Naw I was using clsk as a example that if the company uses funds from a public offering to improve their company which they did by the Q4 results is not a bad thing but cause the share price to go down. Public offerings can improve the company why clsk had record 2023 but that also drops the price which is good if you like the company and want to grab cheapies if you are going long. Private placement is institutions buying stock. 2 diferent things.
Clsk has a pps at 75 in 2025 and should be hitting 4 5 6 here shortly because of its public offering
