I saw a doctor and I owed $0— my insurance COVERED ALL OF IT YAY!! He said All my blood test results LOOK GREAT!!!! I’m healthy Yay!!!

I exercised a. Lot today —-

and my husband got a heated bird bath that he put out on our deck——we’ve already seen a female Eastern bluebird drinking from it!! NEAT!!

Then he also crushed some mixed nuts that he sprinkled on our deck—- and we’ve seen a squirrel and a cardinal eating them!!

THE BIRDS REALLY LOVE OUR KINDNESS TOWARDS THEM—- food and water in this bitter cold!!
