I think there are quite a few other viable options as well. Pharma sleuth brought up the possibility of Purdue. It is certainly a plot twist but the justification he said is certainly viable. It may be beneficial for Purdue and Elite to iron things out. There is a very good chance Elite will have the authorized generic of OxyContin. Below is his post from earlier today.

There are also quite a few other private pharmaceutical companies that could use Elite as a bolt on option that will also bring them public.
