Just for the record I don't see .36 or close... but to say this structure and current financials will stop this from going up is absurd.

They barely sold any RegA back then because their asking price was at a 50% or more premium to market. Stupid move on their part.

They filed the Reg A first week of November 2021 and this had already hit .70 first week of October 21 and was well on it's way long before Reg A nonsense ... so yes it went up 40000% on hopes and dreams
