Only a judge / jury can determine guilt in a civil or criminal trial.
Everything else is opinion.
Funny, I see nothing here related to GVSI.
The old "rope-a-dope" guilt by association hasn't worked and won't work.
By the time any HMBL litigation is settled, if any charges even make it to a trial, Sharp will be long gone from his 4 shells.
