Could be MMs holding tons of real shares and even more vapor shares sold over the past 48 hours that needs to be covered lower. They only have 48 hours to cover short trades.,
Build a massive short position, then kill the price with real shares. Cover and bank on the difference. They love volume. It's the way they make a buck down here.
Pray it's over and everyone was able to average lower.
