I look at it this way, a store on main street sells shoes, after a while the shoes were priced too high and did not sell, the shoe store goes out of business.
Along comes an ice cream shop and it takes over that same address as the shoe store, are you not going to buy ice cream at that store because you own a pair of overpriced shoes from the previous owner?
