hayloft - did I miss the "SEC extension of their investigation" notice? Not jumping your case - seriously - I know that the last PR talked about the SEC, but just not clear where the extension of the investigation is coming into play?

IMO the SEC nor CKYS never provided a timeframe on the investigation, perhaps it is just conjecture that since there hasn't been news from CKYS concerning the status or possible resolution of the investigation that it is extended? I recall some back and forth about the 'formal' wording the a recent PR, but IMO the earlier PR calling it 'informal' was a screw-up by CKYS and BA.

Please advise.
