Thats not what it states. It doesnt say up to 6 months

It states 6 months and possibly longer.

Exactly. Also if things aren't going Perdue's way. Which they obviously haven't. Perdue will want to get what they can. If you lay out all the paths this can go, you can deduct the different scenarios.

My personal opinion is that there will be a high motivation on Perdue's part to settle with Elite.

In the interest of time Elite may also feel this is the most expedient. That would mean some sort of licensing, authorized generic situation.

I abhor the idea but this is about money and making the best decisions, removing risk and time spent.
