If this was Plug’s main concern, they could have done the potential share offering when the stock price was much higher.
I think Andy didn’t expect the government to be so slow or to have the hydrogen supply in Q3 2023 sabotaged by the gas companies.
The forces against Plug Power are too big and the forces that could help Plug Power are too slow (only focused on self-interest, political gain).
Without Plug Power’s material handling business at industrial scale, the acceptance of hydrogen would have taken much longer. The proof of concept from Walmart & Andy is one of the biggest achievements in the hydrogen industry.
I invest and I don’t make bets anymore. I used to when I just started to invest, decades ago (with derivatives). In my “adult” investment life, I only have long positions, no shorts, and no derivatives, to maintain a relaxed life.

I don’t blame Andy; my investments are my choices and my own responsibility. I have a paper loss at the moment, but eventually I will make a profit.

Not making a profit is also a loss!
