I don't think Nasdaq cares what Mullen or any company does to shareholders.

I don't understand why Nasdaq would allow a combined reverse split of 1:22,500 just to keep listing on Nasdaq.

Now Michery file a S-8 so that the insiders are further enriched.

We are blessed to have TK tear apart the 10-K.
