The person who sued was Eppinga, the plaintiff - the court ruled in favor of the Plaintiff, awarding a judgment amounting to roughly $888k. In addition to the financial penalty, the court has mandated that Astra Veda Corporation transfer 12.5% of all existing shares, regardless of class, to the Plaintiff..
