As Jim noted in his post, the end-game is de-scheduling. With all of the angst getting to where we are now, that end game seems way off in the distance. Can we progress and get to (C3)S3, sure. There's just a LOT of things to get un-done and the way we drag things out in this country I may not be around long enough to see it. And of course, it is possible for a surprise de-scheduling to come around a blindside a lot of people, but that seems like a very expensive un-do to me. I don't see it happening soon.
There are way more reliable and tradeable tickers that can be leveraged for gains compared to this one. Sure, there's money to be made here, I'm just not willing to lock up too much cash here when it's subject to so many legal and political agendas.
