#162608 RE: MDA #162590

A R/S isn't harmful if the company is self sustaining...which it looks like RNVA is now or very soon will be on an annual basis. I think down the road a few Q's or next year we might see another R/S but at that time I would expect the price to be at least a few ticks higher than it is now. As long as there is no need to dilute further after the split I have no problem with it. Obviously we have an obscene amount of shares out there. There will likely either be a R/S to solve that issue...or they might implement a long term standing share buyback program? I am good with either in the right situation. Yes we do have a ridiculous amount of shares. But for a company doing $20+M revs, at or near profitable and paying down debt...our market cap is pretty low. IF they reopen Jamestown...then our bull case becomes even stronger when it comes to market cap etc. These towns need these hospitals and it appears RNVA might have a formula for operating them profitably. The town, the company and us...Win/Win/Win.

imho
