You are absolutely right so why are the short sales on this stock between 60 and 95% every day at this price it indicated to me that the SEC and depository Trust aren’t clearing any of the certificates legally something is completely and totally out of wack because it involves every single company on the OTC so that involves Gensler the Sec and Depository Trust
