It’s basically a place where banks can put their excess cash to get interest on it. If it increases the m2 goes down, but like now it’s decreasing so money supply goes up. Bank term funding program suppose to help with liquidity when repo goes to zero around march. That’s why I think many otc pinks went up in 2021. So much money everywhere it had to go someplace and I think some went into otc derivatives.
