I agree with you on the pps. If what is coming in is actually what we all think it is, could go even higher. How do you know they don't use this shell for some other purpose?
The second guessing today is where the funs at.
If it's the buying platform, loading the boat now is brilliant. If they never use the shell for years, best limit your exposure. It's a roll of the dice.
That pps is easily reachable with material updates. JFH merge because they want to go on higher exchange in USA and it is easy to use the already shell trading company for that purpose. After Nasdaq listing will take this $5 to $10
