TooFrank, I will be the 1st to tell you that I don't chart OTC stocks. I do follow the RSI. But News trumps everything. Last night's profile change on $IGPK's twitter page was huge. All of us will be the first to get in under a penny. This will run hard today. We are still under the radar which I like. Filings from OTCM are coming next. Exciting times. Next TSNP coming. The OTC will bring back a lot of people when we break 2 cents.
