Lol. That's not gonna happen. Opioids are hard for so many reasons. Purdue is just trying to protect their livelihood. Elite is trying to launch a generic version. Both sides would have to give something. Also Purdue would appeal everything and draw it out for awhile. So they have leverage no matter what.
