If they decide they don’t want to be an SEC filer which would require filing audited financials. They have the option of just posting unaudited financials through OTCIQ on Pink Sheet. If they have ambition to go beyond Pink Sheets they would opt for becoming an SEC Filer ✅ $LLBO
