The company is sound in my opinion - nothing has changed.

Altogether, that sounds like No DD was done, including the pitiful “DD package” that was pumped right here.
If you lose a court case and don’t make a quick and current statement to shareholders,
Shut down your website which appears it doesn't exist or has been moved,
Shut down Paranotek’s website as well,
Cut ties with numerous employees including Brian Walton, the bogus so called “compliance officer”,
The CEO removes ASTA from his Linkedin
Eliminate Directors except James Michael Davis, aka Mick
Edit ASTA’s OTCM page

It is NOT a “sound” company, there’s a plethora that has changed, it’s both contradictory and confusing. Time to Wake Up.
