An opinion piece sharing a tale from 2006...

So embarrassing to hang one's hat on fairy tales!

I call B.S. on this whole story.
"He had previously worked on Wall Street as an institutional equity trader and research analyst for a subsidiary of the now-defunct investment bank Donaldson, Lufkin, and Jenrette"...DLJ was acquired by Credit Suisse, they didn't go belly up . He claims he was a research analyst?

" As Pink requires the least in terms of company disclosure, investors are strongly advised to proceed with caution and thoroughly research companies before making any investment decisions, But DiIorio didn’t know that at the time.?
wait a second...a kid passing the series 7 knows this, he said he was also a trader so he had to pass the traders license too but he didn't know this? LOL

“I bought this company on hype.”
Between February and May 2005, DiIorio bought over 3.7 million shares of E Mobile, mostly through his rollover IRA account with TD Ameritrade.

LOL LOL LOL...Just stop it.. a research analyst with all this experience didn't read company financials that are publicly available and required but rather bought on hype? Just stop it...This guy was a call desk worker I'm betting like a kid at Schwab or fidelity. He also would have had to fill out in full a "Penny Stock Disclosure" letter with T/D and it would have all these warnings as well. Where do you people find these guys?
