Let's start the discussion of with whether you think $20M is a justified market cap for a company with its only asset being a mom and pop tax preparation business. Its revenue is contained within its last financial report.

$61,075 for the last quarter.

$63,671 for the quarter before that.

And a measly $31,746 for the quarter before that. Granted it's a slow quarter for tax prep work. As will be this next quarter. So, probably a total on the year of less than $200K while suffering a loss over $1M.
